Student stay or short-term rental?
A short-term rental is booked for a set number of nights, and the terms are those of your rate plan: see the Trust page and FAQ. A student residence is a different product, with its own contract and rules. Before you commit to either, ask in writing about the length of stay, what is included, how you pay and what happens if you leave early.
When you arrive, Italian law requires your host to register every guest, so keep a valid ID for each person: see documents needed to check in.
