Dubai has become a magnet for remote workers, digital nomads, and professionals on extended assignments. A one-month stay in a furnished apartment is increasingly common — and far more practical than a hotel. Here is how monthly rentals work and what to expect.
Pricing
Monthly prices depend on the area, the apartment and the season, so we do not quote a standard figure. Enter your dates on our Dubai apartments page to see the real price, or write to us to ask about a longer stay. Compare the total with a hotel for the same number of nights, including what is and is not included.
Best Areas for Long Stays
Business Bay: central, with canal views. Dubai Marina: social, walkable, beach nearby. JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers): a less touristy alternative to Marina. Downtown: premium but worth it if your work is in DIFC or nearby.
What Is Included
Our apartments are furnished and equipped with a kitchen. What is included, such as cleaning, linens, and utilities, depends on the apartment and the length of stay, so ask before you book and check the listing. You move in with a suitcase and start living.
Visa Considerations
Entry rules depend on your nationality and change, so check the UAE government portal before you travel. For longer stays, the UAE offers a remote work visa and freelancer visas through free zones, and an employer may sponsor a business visit visa.
The Daily Routine
Wake up, make coffee in your kitchen. Work from your dining table or a nearby co-working space (Nasab by KOA, Letswork, and A4 Space are popular). Walk to lunch. Hit the gym in your building. Watch the sunset from your balcony. Cook dinner or walk to a restaurant. It is not a vacation — it is temporary living, done well.
Thinking about a month in Dubai? Check availability for your dates and book direct — no platform in the middle.
