For a business trip to Dubai, a furnished apartment in Business Bay, Downtown or Dubai Marina gives you a kitchen, living space and a place to work that a hotel room rarely offers. Choose the area by where your meetings are, then compare real prices for your dates.
Business hotels sell location and service. An apartment sells space and autonomy. Which one is right depends on how long you stay and how you work, so this guide sets out what to compare.
Where an apartment helps on a business trip
- Space to work and take calls: a living area instead of a desk next to the bed.
- A kitchen: breakfast and late meals without room service.
- Longer stays: over several days or weeks, an apartment feels more like a base than a room.
The FAQ on this site says free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all properties. If you run video calls all day, check the amenities on the listing you choose.
Choosing the area
DIFC, the Dubai International Financial Centre, is the financial district. Business Bay and Downtown are central areas close to it, and the Dubai Metro Red Line has stations serving DIFC and Business Bay. Dubai Marina is farther from the financial district and suits trips that mix work and leisure. Read our DIFC guide and the comparison of Palm Jumeirah and Downtown before you decide. For each apartment, the listing shows the address and map, so measure the route to your first meeting.

Licence and booking checks
